Smithsonian on Flickr

For over a year now, the Smithsonian has been adding their photos to a Flickr account in an attempt to reach a broader audience. The upside is that people can add useful tags; the downside is that people can add unuseful tags and clutter.

Regardless, there is a lot of history and education in these photos.
